Scaramouche -Saint-Sébastien-sur-Loire ,Pizzeria au Feu de Bois

I ordered this evening in person (not over the phone), asking the person if I could have a "paysanne" pizza with chicken instead of bacon. The woman readily agreed. I also mentioned that I didn't want much cream, as I'm lactose intolerant. Again, I was told there was no problem, with a big smile. We took our pizzas. When I got home, what a surprise: the instructions hadn't been followed at all! See the photos: tons of bacon, way too much cream. Absolutely no respect. I won't be ordering from them anytime soon, I'm telling you!

Ice-cold pizza!! I ordered a takeaway pizza by phone (called around 8 pm) and was told it would be ready at 8:30 pm. I arrived on time, but the pizza had already been ready for quite a while (so why give a time and not tell me to come right away?). We got a completely cold pizza (not even lukewarm, but really cold; the cheese had hardened again). We had to put it back in the oven to eat it. Disappointed!! At almost €20 a pizza, we'd at least like it to be hot so we could eat it immediately.
