Hair in the pizza

I'm revising my opinion after two years since it opened (and having had the chance to try everything on the menu!). It has clearly become the best pizzeria in Nantes for me. The toppings are generous, and the ingredients are top-notch! You can tell everything is fresh. The crust is thick and fluffy, and the baking is always perfect. Even with a simple Reine pizza, you can see the difference compared to many other pizzerias! They also have some great combinations – a special mention goes to the "Fromidable" with its truffle honey and hazelnuts, or the "Lard de Vivre" with its parsley sauce... excellent! The quantity/quality/price ratio is very good. In short, I can only recommend going there, without hesitation!

We ordered a calzone, but the outer crust wasn't cooked, and as a result, the pizza fell apart. The cardboard box didn't hold up. I had tomato sauce all over the car.

From the moment you step through the door of Cosy Pizza Saint-Sébastien, you're greeted with a smile, good cheer, and genuine service, along with the enticing aroma of pizza that transports you to Italy. The order is ready, everything is perfectly organized. We are particularly demanding when it comes to the quality of the ingredients, the flavors, and the dough, which, in our opinion, remains the foundation of an excellent pizza. And what a surprise! It's simply one of the best pizzas I've ever had the pleasure of tasting. My 5-year-old daughter, who also has some food intolerances, is used to a diet of vegetables and high-quality products. The fact that she can finally enjoy a pizza without feeling heavy or experiencing digestive discomfort is, for me, a true mark of quality. Mission accomplished! We tried a four-cheese pizza as well as an incredible Curé Nantais pizza. A true symphony of flavors: generous ingredients, authentic tastes, and the pleasure of rediscovering flavors we had almost forgotten. It was delicious! The icing on the cake: a loyalty program is also available. The website is very convenient for placing orders, whether for pickup or delivery. Kudos to the entire team and management for their professionalism, warm welcome, and commitment to quality. You prove that it's possible to offer all the services of a modern pizzeria while serving pizzas worthy of the finest restaurants. We'll definitely be back! 🍕

Excellent. Very nice decor and the pizzas were very good. We also really enjoyed the pear dessert. And the staff are very friendly.

Fantastic food, delicious pizzas. Excellent ingredients, rich crust. The suggested sauce for the corniche is a great idea, the mozzarella is delicious, and the staff is friendly! We'll definitely be back.

We chose this restaurant at random and had a lovely time. The food was very good and fresh, with plenty of choice. We were very satisfied with our experience and will gladly return. Thank you also for the warm welcome.

A mixed bag... The pizzas are original and very, very good. The service is excellent and the place is quite nice. However, I would have liked perhaps more toppings considering the price of the pizza (see photo). I think it could have used a few more ingredients. A little disappointed. #mixed
