McDonald's

Absolutely terrible. Only 4 out of 12 self-service kiosks were working on a Saturday night, card payments weren't working (the payment terminal was out of order), and there were no tables available. The service was incredibly slow; it took 35 minutes for a single "best of" menu item. The staff seemed depressed and unconcerned about the numerous problems with customers' orders. I do not recommend it.

The kiosk wouldn't accept our points for side dishes, and almost half the kiosks were out of order. As for the food, it's just McDonald's, nothing special. We waited 20 minutes just to report the problem. In the end, the points-based order didn't even show up on the receipt. We had to reorder at the register and wait another 20 minutes to get it. In short, our meal was delayed because of order issues.

Disappointed by the service. We had already placed an order and came back to pick up just a small portion of fries. A member of staff made an unpleasant remark to us, which was completely unnecessary. A little more respect for customers would be appreciated.

I dare hope that kitchen hygiene is better than toilet hygiene! APPALLING!

Two cold sandwiches and two cold cheddar fries (cold cheddar and cold, undercooked bacon). Served three times and still just as cold. The cheese slices in the burgers weren't even melted, barely out of the fridge. The ice cream was melted because the machine had just been refilled. When we dared to say something (politely), the manager replied, "I invite you to work at McDonald's." Very professional. Don't waste your time. No refund; three-quarters of it went in the trash because it was inedible. Only the nine nuggets were hot.

Burger, served cold; fries, cold; cheddar, cold, straight from the freezer. Served four times, always cold. Ice cream has become a liquid drink. If you're in a hurry, don't come. If you're hungry, don't come. If you want to be bored and wait to be served something cold, come.

Our order wasn't fulfilled, so we had to go back to the counter. Cleanliness and hygiene were really lacking. The toy in the Happy Meal didn't match what was displayed in the window; it was an older model.

Dirty toilets: when I told the attendant, he replied that he wasn't the one who cleaned them. So the toilets weren't cleaned. The potatoes and burger were cold too. And the beeping of the machines that no one turns off—the noise level isn't pleasant.
