We arrived around 4am. We were the last car at the drive-thru because they ran out of stock following a football match, I think, but that doesn't excuse the complete lack of friendliness from the person who served us.

Dirty table, undersized portion of fries, poorly made burger, and on top of that, they mocked us when we asked for a proper portion of fries. The young woman was very unpleasant and condescending. Avoid at all costs...

I went on Sunday evening, July 12th. The staff, about as friendly as a prison guard, served me my two ice creams, which had been brought back later. I asked for a little more caramel because I barely had any, and he said yes. I told him no, since he had just made it and it hadn't had time to melt. He then asked me, "What now?" I told him that he had only brought one ice cream and that the second one didn't have any caramel either. Furthermore, a table remained dirty and untouched for over an hour.

Went over tonight after the game to treat myself to a delicious McFlurry... result: over 30 minutes wait at the drive-thru only to not get it because "my machine is broken," supposedly... I ordered a cold Fanta which had absolutely no taste... McDonald's isn't what it used to be...

I came to the drive-thru at 1:30 a.m. on a Thursday night and honestly, the service was incredible! Thank you for taking the time to show me what was currently available without pressuring me! I highly recommend it and hope the team is as welcoming as the person I encountered at the drive-thru (July 10, 2026 at 1:23 a.m.).

Ordered via click & collect on July 6th at 9:44 PM, had to scan my QR code upon arrival at 9:52 PM at the drive-thru kiosk amidst a sea of ​​cars with their engines running. The scanner wasn't working, so I had to wait for a server at the counter to sort it out... They finally took my order number manually, just to trigger the order preparation... at 10:12 PM. And then it was off to a 30-minute wait in the middle of the cars. It's food, but one thing is clear: it's not good at all and definitely not fast! At least at Burger King, they start the preparation online and it's ready 15 minutes later! One last questionable point: If I hadn't pointed out to the server that he was putting a bag from a customer's order back in the middle of my own order, not only would I have eaten cold food, but also food that hadn't been properly checked. Oh... I almost forgot: The coffee milkshakes have a very strong strawberry flavor... We forgive the team, of course; they're just doing their best with the process, equipment, and staff available... That said, it shows that McDonald's has fallen quite low in its quest for profitability against Burger King, which is taking their market share.

Worst reception I have ever received at the terminal from a woman this Sunday morning, July 5th.
