Too long, very slow staff

I ordered delivery, and when it arrived, McDonald's forgot to include a Kit Kat with chocolate sauce on my McFlurry. I tried calling them several times but got no answer, and I still didn't receive my ice cream. I will never order from them again.

I went to the drive-thru on Tuesday, July 14th, around 6:25-6:30 PM. First of all, the person at the drive-thru didn't understand what we were saying. We had to repeat our order several times, even though it was just four Happy Meals. Then, when we went to pick up our order, we were given a bag with a hole in it, probably because a drink had leaked inside. No one bothered to replace it. Once we got home, we found that everything was cold. The toasted sandwich was inedible, with a moldy taste. The nuggets were dry and way overcooked. Finally, we had ordered four games with the Happy Meals, but we received three books and no games. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time we've been disappointed. Until now, we'd never left a review because we wanted to give this establishment another chance. Unfortunately, this experience shows us that perhaps we shouldn't have. It's a real shame.

The slowest service imaginable. Filthy place, sticky floor, dirty tables. No order ever arrives complete, a queue of disgruntled people fed up with waiting...

We ordered via drive-thru and waited almost 45 minutes to pick up our order. It's the middle of a heatwave and they're out of milkshakes... I don't recommend it.

We just stopped there for lunch today. Three tables were occupied, but the rest of the tables and benches were filthy. And the floor? Don't even get me started! The staff was completely indifferent. I asked them to clean a table, and they just left it soaking wet! It was impossible to sit at that dripping table. They didn't even try to wipe it down. Our tray arrived, and after removing our (thankfully) individually wrapped sandwiches, the tray was disgusting! Unacceptable.

Around July 10th at approximately 5 PM, a young employee with an afro (I want to clarify that this description is solely for identification purposes, with no discriminatory intent) placed my order without a greeting or a word. I politely asked her for napkins, but received no response. Five minutes later, I went to the counter to repeat my request for napkins. Again, no response, not a word. Faced with this silence, I ended up serving myself. I then approached a man wearing a helmet, who appeared to be a manager or assistant manager. I explained the situation to him, and he indicated that he would speak to him about it. I regularly frequent this McDonald's, but this experience was particularly disappointing. Fortunately, Rudy is always welcoming, smiling, and professional. If I gave it two stars instead of one, it's solely thanks to him. I hope this feedback will help improve the reception and service in the future.

Great atmosphere, a welcoming and humorous team!

Just stopped by to try it for the first time, 30-minute wait in the heat, zero explanation, zero apologies. Our order was completely cold; we asked for hot fries and even that was apparently a hassle. I won't be going back.

This McDonald's is a joke. I placed my order over an hour ago, the delivery driver told me the ice cream machine wasn't working, and the employees refused to cancel my order. Judging by the other reviews, I don't understand how this restaurant has more than one star.

One Sunday evening: only 2 out of 6 self-service kiosks were working, cars were stuck in the drive-thru in 30°C heat for 45 minutes, and not a single order... Sunday night McDonald's is sacred, but not at this one...

A disastrous Sunday evening at the drive-thru! Over half an hour's wait just to place an order! Unacceptable!!! No way to get out of the queue! No manager, no explanation! They've forgotten the meaning of the word "fast"! We left without ordering!

I waited an hour and fifteen minutes for my order, which wasn't even complete. They made me wait in the drive-thru in a parking lot. The fries were cold and unsalted. No apology, no compensation. I definitely don't recommend them; this is my last order from them.

I'm giving it one star because I have to! On June 24th, I placed an online order, confirmed by email, for delivery around 5:15 PM. Well, I never received the delivery, which I'm still waiting for! Instead of calling, the delivery driver sent a simple text message, which I obviously didn't see. So I tried contacting him several times, leaving a message, but he never replied! I contacted McDonald's Bellevue, but I can't get through to them on the phone either. 36 euros for an order I never received—that's a good deal for McDonald's! Since I didn't get to try your salads, I'm disputing the charge on my credit card, because I assume I won't get a refund...
