For my part, I completed professional and expert training at the St. Herblain center. The school lives up to the website description, with plenty of modern equipment and good quality products (flour, tomato sauce, etc.). The instructor, Jeff, is extraordinary; he introduces us to the world of pizza with great kindness and professionalism, and isn't afraid to gently challenge us, always in a good-natured way. I left feeling enriched, with a much broader perspective than when I started. A huge thank you again, Jeff.

Professional Pizza Training + Expert Level. Top-notch training led by Mr. Jeff. There are between 4 and 6 people per session, so it's almost like having one-on-one training tailored to each participant. Comprehensive training that leaves you fully independent afterward.

Excellent training with a very good instructor, Jean-François, in Saint-Herblain. The first course took place from November 11th to 15th, 2024, and the second from April 28th to May 2nd for the expert pizza course, accessible to all pizza lovers. Thank you, Matthieu

Professional pizza training. Excellent training led by Mr. Jeff. Learning in a small, very friendly group and great encounters with very diverse people. Honestly, it makes me want to offer the other training courses.
