Parmesan salad... Lots of lettuce, 6 tiny cubes of chicken, 3 slices of parmesan. 14 euros! Tasteless, overpriced, bordering on a rip-off. The manager was icy and very unfriendly. Luckily, the waitresses were nice. Avoid this place.

I came yesterday for a hearty meal and was very disappointed to be charged €0.60 for a doggy bag when the bill was €65.40. I found this disappointing. In the end, I didn't leave a tip, and some of the staff lacked a smile. Very disappointed.

Following our visit to the shopping center, we decided to try this restaurant for the first time. The service was adequate, and we ate quite well. We ordered burgers, which were rather good. However, we felt the prices were quite high considering the quality and portion sizes offered. The main drawback was the side dishes. The portion of fries served with our meal was very small, especially compared to other dishes served around us. Furthermore, there was no salad to complete the plate. When I asked if it was possible to have more fries, I was told it was, but at an extra cost. I found this a bit excessive given the initial quantity served. Another disappointment was the lack of mayonnaise offered with the fries. Additionally, my partner's burger, which he ordered medium-rare, arrived with the cheese barely melted. This is a shame, as these are details that contribute to the overall quality of the dish. Ultimately, the experience was mixed. Despite decent burgers and a pleasant welcome, several minor drawbacks accumulated and left us with a disappointing impression. We therefore don't plan to return.

Thursday evening, 6:45 PM We sat down for a drink. Two waitresses were behind the counter chatting amongst themselves, and neither came to greet us or serve us. Frankly, it was unacceptable. Did we misunderstand how things worked? We left. Terrible service. No friendliness whatsoever.

I should have checked the reviews. The ribeye steak was indeed full of sinew, and its origin wasn't indicated! The chicken was dry, and the port sauce? Where's the port? The hazelnuts were roasted? Definitely not roasted. The glass of wine with the cheese plate was truly awful. I absolutely do not recommend this brasserie.

If a zero rating were possible, I would give it. The service was unacceptable. The waitress displayed a complete lack of professionalism in her interactions with customers. My experience was extremely unsatisfactory.

Hello, we came for lunch today with my parents, my sister, and the children. We received a very warm welcome, the food was delicious, and the waitresses, waiters, and owners were all very pleasant. A great place to eat, I highly recommend it, and I will definitely be back soon. Table 4. 👍😜☀️

Avoid at all costs!! Absolutely terrible, the worst café I've ever been to. Paying that price for such appalling service and welcome... The coffee wasn't even good. And they have the nerve to treat us like we're above everyone else. The manager is completely useless, except for creating a bad atmosphere and driving customers away. We sat down, and nobody came to take our order; on the contrary, they gestured to each other to avoid serving us. How shameful. We had to go to the woman in the brasserie to get served (shameful behavior from the two waitresses at the entrance, ridiculous). The service is disorganized, dirty, and frankly aggressive. I asked for a glass of water with a smile, and the waitress responded aggressively as if I'd asked her for a kidney...👀 I've never encountered such unhelpful, haughty, and rude waitresses, especially since there was absolutely no reason for them to behave that way. Perhaps they're frustrated...or maybe their personal judgments overcame their professionalism? Some people have been fired, but anyway... It's truly the height of irony: refusing service to customers for no reason, judging them unfairly, and especially being aggressive because they asked for a glass of water...All this in a café/brasserie, a place where you pay to be served properly and to relax with family or friends. It's a shame. The staff gives the establishment a very bad image. From the outside, the café's style leads you to expect elegant and classy service from professionals... but the reality is quite different! Don't go there, it's a circus; you pay for a ridiculous show.

Nothing to say, very good, very pleasant staff and fast service for a Saturday lunchtime. We had a great time.

The meal was decent, but the waitress's friendliness was only average. My colleague ordered rare steak, but it was served medium-rare. There wasn't enough fries. The setting, however, is nice.

I should have checked the reviews first! The brunette waitress was very unpleasant and unfriendly! The smoked ham and frozen fries were too dry and came with no sauce, and the steak was tiny. We left without ordering dessert or coffee, and when we got to the till, we were just treated like a table number! They didn't even ask if everything was alright or why we hadn't ordered dessert, even though it was on the menu! This is a first and last time for us 😒

Excellent value for money for the daily special. The red meat was of excellent quality. My thoughts are with the waitresses and waiters, working hard and having their manager constantly breathing down their necks... who is absolutely neither friendly nor pleasant.

Ideal for a casual lunch break. Good food, excellent service, and friendly, helpful staff.
