For the umpteenth time, I went to get a salad to go, and I've noticed over the last few visits that the Caesar salad is getting smaller and smaller: three pieces of chicken, not even a whole slice of tomato (half a slice), very few cheese shavings, and no red onion whatsoever. Yet, it's enough salad for at least two people! Outrageously expensive for a green salad! It's shameful to sell it at that price.

The joke, 2 claws at €2.30 each? Seriously, are you kidding me? I'm never setting foot in your place again.

Very good service, quite a nice atmosphere but I found the pastries weren't warm enough.

Miguel always gives a very warm welcome. He is very responsive, friendly, and above all, very professional.

We used to come here regularly, but today the service was terrible—no friendliness, no smiles. We ordered three set menus for my husband, my son, and myself. My son couldn't finish his meal, and we politely asked for a bag to take the leftovers home, and... they charge for a small paper bag?! Ridiculous! We'll never come back!

I placed an order online at 8:00 AM for 15 "Angel Bubbles," with pickup scheduled for 6:00 PM. When I arrived at the shop at the agreed time, the order was unfortunately not ready, and the staff didn't seem to have noticed. There were only 13 "Angel Bubbles" left in stock, even though the order had been paid for and confirmed for 15. As a replacement, they added two mini doughnuts without asking my opinion or offering any apology. When I tasted them that evening, I was further disappointed: only half of the "Angel Bubbles" were properly filled. This is regrettable, especially when you plan ahead and trust the online ordering service. I hope more attention will be paid to future orders.

I was very disappointed with my visit today. I ordered and noticed that the dining room was filthy, not a single clean table. I pointed this out to the only other person there, which seemed perfectly reasonable to me as a customer. Admittedly, she told me she was alone, which I can understand, but that doesn't excuse the state of the place. While waiting in line, another customer had the nerve to tell me that if I wasn't happy, I should just go somewhere else. The most shocking thing is that the cashier replied, "Thank you, sir," thus validating his remark. 👉 This behavior was completely unprofessional, both in terms of managing the dining room and customer service. When you welcome the public, you expect a minimum of respect, not to be belittled for making a justified comment.

I went for coffee on January 2nd, 2026 at 9:45 am at this tea room. The setting is pleasant and my drink was decent. What I disliked was the lack of cleanliness. My table was sticky and the floor near the baseboards was covered in dust, dirt, and croissant crusts. If the kitchen is in the same condition, I won't be inclined to return.

Another great experience at Ange bakery in Saint-Herblain yesterday!! A warm welcome, smiling staff, and the same lovely atmosphere 😍😍 I bought a four-cheese pizza, it was just as delicious, and several pastries as well. Always so good, I'll be back soon and I highly recommend this bakery 👌 See you soon 🤗

Pizzas ordered with toppings only in the center. €12 per pizza is expensive for just dough. Really disappointed. We absolutely do not recommend it.

Poor service. No order to queue, people arrive from all directions! Then, no friendliness whatsoever, no smiles, almost like we're bothering them. No prices displayed correctly. The food is practically thrown away and on to the next customer. Expensive for the quality and service… The display was dirty, the bakery lacks cleanliness. Given its 3.3-star rating, I'm not the only one who's dissatisfied. In short, I won't be back.
