A really lovely restaurant! It lives up to its name ;-) : L'Essentiel (The Essential). The menu is short, which is perfect! No frills, but the dishes are well-crafted and the flavor is there. Everything is obviously homemade, and you can tell. The welcome and service are pleasant and genuine. Well done to you both! We'll be back regularly. Special mention for the chocolate fondant 🤤😍

A very warm welcome! Refined dishes, generous portions without being excessive. We ordered the hake and the "large" tataki, plus two glasses of wine and for dessert: banoffee pie! The food arrived quickly, and the atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. We'll definitely be back!

Family meal, February 22, 2026, lunchtime. 7 adults, 3 children, and a baby. The children's menu was fantastic, and the wine list was superb! We ate very well, the ingredients were fresh and expertly prepared, and the dishes were beautifully presented. From the appetizer to the dessert, including the aperitif, everything was excellent and perfect, both in terms of quality and quantity, and the food was very flavorful. Finding a restaurant open for Sunday lunch is becoming difficult, especially for a group. There were 13 of us. Céline and Nicolas created a custom menu for us. The food was bursting with flavor, the welcome was perfect, and the service was impeccable. We were seated in a private room. Céline came by several times to check if we were ready; there was no time pressure, which was lovely. A huge thank you to you both and your apprentice. The whole family highly recommends it! 😍 🤩
