Pizza Hut

Last time I order from them, 5 pizzas, there can't even be 30g of ingredients, eating bread with sauce for €11 a pizza, enough already!!

We just ordered two pizzas to go. I was hesitant to order from there because of some very bad reviews. But we're so glad we took the plunge! Both pizzas were absolutely delicious, great base (the standard one), and they were prepared quickly and piping hot. I also thought the price was reasonable. I hadn't been to Pizza Hut in years, but it tasted just as good as I remembered it from back in the day. You can eat in the restaurant, but I'd only do that in an emergency. We didn't try the delivery service because our accommodation wasn't far away, and after a 6-minute walk, the pizzas were still hot. So, a definite recommendation!

I ordered through Uber Eats, but the delivery driver refused to give me the entire order and threw it on the ground. The restaurant told me they would come and give me the rest. I waited 40 minutes outside for the remaining items, only to get a call saying it wouldn't be possible after all. Don't take any initiative without approval from your superiors; it will save you from getting negative reviews.

That's highway robbery at 20 euros for a pizza! It looks like a child's pizza, and don't even get me started on the amount of toppings. First and last time.

Horrible pizza, the dough is like plastic, I really don't recommend it. The pizzas are dry. I didn't know Pizza Hut had a 4D printer to make their dough.

The pepperoni pizza and salmon pizza were absolutely TERRIBLE, disappointed.

No more pancake batter, twice in a row… Once is understandable, but twice is a habit…

Disastrous experience with Uber Eats. I like this restaurant, but when they offer a buy-one-get-one-free deal, you expect them to honor it. I only received one pizza. I contacted the restaurant, and they told me the offer wasn't available, even though it's clearly listed on Uber Eats and I've ordered from them before. This is the first time this has happened to me. The offer is there, so if it's not available, remove it. I used to order my pizzas here all the time, but this experience demonstrates a lack of trust and respect for the customer. The customer service response was appalling. I will never order from them again.
