Paul Paul Paul What can I say... I've been here twice already... The prices are, how shall I say... not up to the quality of the products. People who talk about reasonable prices, tell me you were paid to say that, or else... anyway. The prices are too high, I think it's a shame. The place is pleasant, though, but the saleswoman was cold, I found, both times I went... but oh well. There will be improvements, maybe... or maybe not... who knows! To be continued

Okay, so it's lively, but Azz isn't anything special, but I still recommend it. The prices are affordable, even for students. I recommend it before your train.

I came in for lunch today and received excellent service from the sales assistant, who knows her products very well and gave me great advice for my lunch. I was very surprised to see her working alone on a Saturday in a bakery right in the city center. I saw her running around everywhere. I think they really need another sales assistant because right now it's bordering on exploitation. All the best to her, and remember to keep good employees like her and not let her become disillusioned with her job. The four stars are truly for her excellent work and the very good products.

The quality is equivalent to other Paul stores. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming.

The customer service was truly awful; I'd advise the cashier to be less angry in his life. On the other hand, the store was very well organized and clean.

This is the first time I've ever had such a bad experience in a restaurant. We wanted a quick lunch at Paul's today. Very bad choice! We were served by an extremely unpleasant, irritated waitress who really needs to brush up on her skills. For starters, you don't refill unnecessary orders, so customers have to wait. The woman behind us left after 5 minutes... Once we were seated, it bothered the waitress because we took up two tables even though there were three of us... We were initially seated right next to the bins, and to top it off, there was a puddle of coffee on the uncleaned floor... The hygiene is appalling... This is the first and last time we'll ever set foot in this place.

The overpriced seeded baguette had a dense, barely cooked crumb, and there were no other options. It tasted like I was eating a frozen, pre-cooked baguette from the supermarket. A huge disappointment.

The set menu prices are reasonable! The sandwiches are good, although the bread seems to be getting worse over the months. A big disappointment was the pastries (chocolate treats and viennoiseries), which were overcooked and too dry. As for the service, it varies from day to day and depends on the person: sometimes there's no greeting and the welcome is very cold and without a smile, while other times it's perfect!

The waitress was really unpleasant… what a shame, avoid her!

Average price. Decent service. Very good hot chocolate. No gluten-free options.

The waitress/sales assistant was very pleasant today. Smiling, helpful, and attentive. A welcome surprise on a Wednesday.
