McDonald's

Very disappointed. There was no children's menu displayed, and despite my requests, there were no solutions. To top it all off, when I asked if it was possible to get the toys, I was told "no" (children aged 3 and 4).

The restaurant was in a deplorable state, one of the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen. And this was in the middle of the afternoon, outside of peak hours. It was truly disgusting, enough to put you off your food. There were also very few vegetarian options. I'm giving it two stars for the location; it might be useful.

The place wasn't very clean, which naturally raises questions about the food. I read that I wasn't the only one to have written this comment, but it was too late; I was leaving. It's a shame, I think, because cleanliness is the first thing that comes to mind when you're there.

Dirty and too long a wait

There was a lot of noise on Friday afternoon because of a group of young people who were running around the room and climbing on the benches. It's a shame the staff didn't intervene; our experience was therefore unpleasant!

Catastrophic the few times I went... a shame, the location is ideal. Slow service, questionable products, hygiene issues... serious management problems... they need a complete overhaul of their recruitment and retention processes.

"Fast food"???? I had to wait 45 minutes standing up to be served, then another 30 minutes to be called to pick up my order. The McDonald's was packed; everyone was waiting for their order. Meanwhile, the servers in the kitchen were laughing, relaxing, daydreaming, and just waiting for time to pass while the customers waited for their food! Unacceptable and very disappointed. Never again.
