Very good bakery, it's just a shame they increased the price of the sandwiches but reduced the size of the bread and the amount of ingredients inside (it was probably an intern who did it because the second one was properly filled), and I haven't even tried the salads at 9.50 euros with 70% salad 🤣🤣🤣... I know it's inflation but it's better to abstain than to sell things that are not worth the price at all.

Extremely disappointed with my second visit. I came once and loved their €4.50 pizza slice: it was very thick, with a light and airy crumb, and truly delicious. A real treat! Hoping to repeat the experience, I went back today... and what a nasty surprise: the pizza was half as thick. It no longer had that puffy, airy texture it had the first time. It's a real shame that bakers aren't consistent in their preparation. When you find a quality product and make the effort to come back, you expect to find the same thing as the first time. Hopefully, it's just a temporary rising issue and the original thickness will return soon. They were either defrosted or they were from the day before, but you can clearly tell they're not fresh, which is very disappointing at this time of day in a bakery.

A nightmare. We were just passing through (tourists) and wanted to buy a snack. We asked if they had a specialty, and they offered us a "Nantes cake," but the employee sighed when we asked her what was in it. She replied that she had no idea! She was about to refuse our cash payment, making us look like thieves by loudly announcing in front of the other customers that our bill looked strange! That she had to contact her manager to check it! She could have at least asked about the ingredients of the "Nantes cake"... but no. Luckily, the cake was good, but if it had contained alcohol or allergens, that would have been a real shame. I'm not going to tell you how to do your job, but the young woman who was running the bakery on Saturday, May 23rd, in the early afternoon, should be doing something else. She didn't even respond when we said goodbye and wished her a good day. What a shame.

Disappointed with my visit today. I was told 30 cream puffs were available, then only 22 were offered because another order was placed in the meantime. No compensation was offered despite the initial error. I understand that a day can be long and tiring, but a smile and a friendly welcome are always appreciated. A shame about the experience.

A warm and polite welcome, which is rare these days. All the products are good; I regularly buy a pack of crepes, which are delicious. It's a pleasure to return to shops that have such a strong sense of service and courtesy. (PS: Some cakes absorb the taste of the cardboard base underneath, which is a shame because the pastries are otherwise excellent.)

Very disappointing. The chocolate croissants were poor quality and clearly not fresh. I also had a cookie that was hard, suggesting it wasn't fresh either. For a bakery, this is really disappointing. I do not recommend it.

The saleswomen are very friendly and it's not a bad place to have a coffee, however the pastries were simply undercooked... they were completely inedible! If we had eaten there, we would have taken them home! Avoid!
