The staff is mediocre, grumpy, not a hello or goodbye, nothing, no smile, and they dare ask us to leave a donation for the team—what a joke! Even Domino's Pizza is better. And to top it all off, I hadn't finished my pizza, so I asked if they could take it away, and they gave me the box and told me to put it in myself. In my entire life, this is the first time anything like this has ever happened to me. Even fast food places don't do this; they're the ones doing it. And to think you're a restaurant—I've seen it all!

The staff were very unpleasant, showing no signs of kindness or politeness, the reception needs improvement, and there was no professionalism, even though their food was very good!

I went with a friend for the first time on March 25th. The woman who took our order was smiling and exceptional. If we could have ordered everything, we would have, because she presented the dishes so well! I think she was a blonde woman, but in any case, she was incredible; she gave us a fantastic experience. The dishes are truly excellent, no complaints whatsoever, and well worth the price. The kitchen staff is also very friendly and helpful. A very good experience overall, and even though we were served during lunchtime, it was quite quick!
