Tabac La Chabossière

It says it's open online, so we go to check it out and it's closed. False advertising, that's not right. Plus, there's no phone number to call.

Personally, I won't be returning to this place. It might be a good tobacconist, but the additional services are lacking. You claim to be a Tan+ relay point, but when I tried to exchange my old Tan+ tickets, you told me you couldn't accept tickets purchased from a machine and sent me to the Tan+ central office in downtown Nantes. When I told them about my experience, they replied that you were supposed to do it, but that some tobacconists weren't participating, and you were one of them. Furthermore, you claim to be a La Poste parcel relay point, but during the Christmas season you refused to accept my parcel. So again, you're not really participating, or only when it suits you. I will therefore be using other relay points and businesses due to the unreliability of your services.
