Friendly staff, but a drop in quality considering the price... The packaging is awful (sorry, that's the word) for takeout. The car suffers every time—drinks, ice cream—and there's no air conditioning, a major drawback for the last three weeks.

Table service is complicated without a QR code outside 🤔. The tables are dirty. No air conditioning for over a month (unthinkable in a McDonald's). There's always something missing. In short, no improvement.

I just ate. It was stiflingly hot inside, so we ate outside. The tables were dirty, there was trash on the ground, and we were swarmed by wasps. I got stung on my hand and leg. Sorry, but I won't be repeating the experience.

First surprise: 35°C outside and no air conditioning. We ate on the terrace: litter everywhere and uncleaned tables. Plus, there were wasps all over the terrace; we even got stung. To top it all off, the Big Mac was more like a Small Mac, it was so small. Avoid this fast-food place, especially since there's competition right next door.

Mr. Macdonald, when do you plan to repair your air conditioning? Your staff has been working in substandard conditions for three weeks now. Are you lacking resources?

Good evening, I would like to share a very disappointing experience I had today. My wife, our three-and-a-half-year-old son, and I arrived for dinner around 8:30 pm. Our son was playing in the play area when he fell. When I tried to go to him immediately, I discovered that the play area was closed and inaccessible. My son was crying alone, and I couldn't get him back quickly. I immediately asked the staff members present for help, but my request received no urgent response. I felt that customer service took precedence over the safety and distress of a crying child. As a parent, this situation deeply shocked me. Such a lack of responsiveness to a child in distress is, in my opinion, unacceptable. I hope this establishment will take the necessary steps to ensure that this type of incident does not happen again.

The service was excellent, as always, but the lack of air conditioning in a restaurant during a heatwave... It makes you want to go somewhere else...

In four years, not a single order was complete! There's always something missing. Once in the summer, we ate there with the kids, and the Happy Meal ice creams were served first, forcing us to eat them since the rest of the Happy Meal arrived 10 minutes later. So we've gotten into the habit of going to the McDonald's at La Beaujoire, even though it's further away for us. Yesterday, we had the misfortune of ordering delivery... the fries were missing, the cheddar cheese in the bacon and cheddar fries was gone, and the kids didn't get their toy in their Happy Meal... In short, avoid it!!! And that's not even mentioning the obvious incompetence when you eat in.

The service is fast with accurate orders. However, the electric vehicle charging stations are damaged, with cut cables, which is why I was combining business with pleasure. While waiting for repairs, I will have to go elsewhere.

Honestly… I feel ripped off. Half a cheese in the sandwich at that price? That's not going to fly.

There's always something missing. Last time, there was no Coke and no sauce for the nuggets. I've ordered from you for delivery through Uber Eats at least five times, and now I'm too far away to deliver. You've just lost a customer.
