Another excellent spot in Carquefou, my go-to for Neapolitan wood-fired pizza 😋 Sometimes you need a little patience to be served, but at the beginning of service it's always very quick, as confirmed again today. Excellent, never disappointed 😋

First time here. Lots of competition. The only ones with a wood-fired oven. Your taste buds know it. Thin crust, I love it. Old-fashioned. And I repeat, BAKED IN A WOOD-FIRED OVEN. 👌🏽 The taste of a restaurant, not fast food.

This was our first time trying pizza, and we were quite disappointed. The dough was dry and tasteless, and the quality of the dough is very important to us. Perhaps the usual pizza maker was off for the weekend? In any case, we were disappointed tonight.
