Le Citron Vert

I've always received a friendly welcome and eaten well here. It's a shame Le Citron Vert isn't open 24/7!

I was very disappointed by the attitude of this establishment. Despite my disability, I was refused access to the restrooms after having just ordered a takeaway coffee. A little understanding and humanity would have been appreciated. This situation was particularly humiliating and uncomfortable. I sincerely hope that in the future, people with disabilities will be welcomed with more kindness and respect. Some experiences are enough to make you never want to set foot in a place again… and especially to strongly advise others against going there.

I'm forced to give it one star, but it deserves zero! An extremely disappointing experience. The owner was haughty, unpleasant, and frankly disrespectful to customers. We felt like we were bothering her from beginning to end. The service was strained, the remarks inappropriate, and the atmosphere very uncomfortable. Regardless of the quality of the food, the welcome is part of the experience, and here it was catastrophic. I will not be returning and I advise anyone who expects a minimum of politeness and respect to avoid this establishment.
