It's not my usual practice to leave negative reviews, but this time it's necessary. I ordered through Uber Eats, and this is the second time in two weeks that the same thing has happened to me. The order arrives incomplete, and each time it's the same item: the double cheddar fries, which cost €6.40. Not to mention the missing sauces, or the five nuggets instead of six… As I see from other reviews, I'm not the only one experiencing this problem. On top of that, there are numerous unanswered calls where they pick up only to hang up immediately. So, after receiving an incomplete order for the second time, I went directly to the restaurant since Uber refuses to refund the missing items and McDonald's refuses to answer calls! They gave me the two double cheddar fries after I complained in person. Initially, I did ask for my nuggets to be replaced since they were cold, as I had to drive there myself. The manager refused, saying it was the delivery driver's fault, which is completely absurd! I was also told that during busy periods they don't answer the phone, even though they should. So, okay, I got the two fries I hadn't received, but seriously, is it normal to have to go out of my way and fight to stop paying for nothing?! What is your solution for these Uber Eats and other delivery orders? Are you waiting for unhappy customers to come in to complain, even though they ordered home delivery and paid the delivery fee?! Or are you perhaps counting on people not bothering to go out of their way and simply paying without complaint for products they don't receive?! It's truly outrageous! We're taking the time to write this kind of review so things will change. Please keep your promises regarding answering the phone, and be more rigorous with order packing to stop these oversights, especially for orders of just three items—it's absurd!

The place was very dirty, the dishes were sticky, and the burgers were cold.

Very disappointed with our experience. We placed an order at the kiosk using our loyalty points, with an additional €17 charge. When we went to collect our order, we realized the points hadn't been applied. We only received 6 nuggets, a drink, and an ice cream, whereas we were supposed to have a Maxi Best Of meal, a Big Mac, two ice creams, and the rest of our order. When we reported the problem, we were simply told to go back to the kiosk to reorder. However, one ice cream had already been served and would have melted by the time we had to repeat the entire process. In the end, we decided to give up, but we left very disappointed. A goodwill gesture or some kind of compensation from the staff would have been appreciated. I hope this review will help prevent this kind of situation from happening to other customers.

For €5 an ice cream, the minimum would be to get a decent quantity.

Bad experience... they're out of stock of the World Cup trophy. We ask nicely and get yelled at... Not even a sign to warn us, since we specifically ordered set menus... Not cool. And she replies, "Anyway, it'll be over soon?" Okay, it's not over yet, it ends Tuesday. What's it to her? Not pleasant at all.

I work at McDonald's myself, so I know mistakes can happen. But this time, I'm really disappointed. I came with some friends and ordered a Happy Meal and a small veggie wrap. The wrap was clearly labeled "veggie," but when I opened it, I discovered it contained chicken. I'm a vegetarian, so this isn't just a simple mistake for me. I tried calling the restaurant three times to find a solution, but no one answered. In the kitchen where I work, this type of mistake is very rare, precisely because we pay particular attention to orders with dietary restrictions. A mistake like this can have significant consequences for some customers. I hope that more attention will be paid in the future and that it will also be easier to contact the restaurant when a problem arises.

I went through the drive-thru last night, and it was a DISASTER!! A Happy Meal with no drink or dessert, and a poorly made hamburger with only one pickle 😠 The service quality needs to be completely re-evaluated; it's unacceptable for a children's meal.

I've never seen such a terrible McDonald's. They place an order and only receive half of it. It's unacceptable considering the price we pay. Avoid them at all costs.

It's a shame the burgers were served lukewarm despite the complaints...
