Hooray, all-you-can-eat mussels!!!

Order placed via UberEats, but the drinks and the little one's donut were missing... great atmosphere after telling him he wasn't there...

Not much choice for main courses or desserts. The all-you-can-eat mussels are great right now, but the so-called "homemade, fresh, and crispy" fries are a disaster! Not crispy at all, very soggy, burnt, and cold from the start of service, and nothing but potato scraps with the skin on! A few lessons from the North of France would do the cook some good... The staff were barely helpful and preferred chatting amongst themselves to serving us! It's a real shame because this cafeteria is well located. This was our second visit, and we'll be back again to see if the fries have improved. The prices are reasonable. See you soon. Best regards.

Ordered poke with avocado. They charge you without saying anything, then when you receive your dish there's no avocado... yet you pay the same price... zero anticipation and service.

I've been a regular at Jules et John restaurant since it opened, and I've never been disappointed (I even did my work experience there in 2021 🤣). The food is excellent, the restaurant is spacious and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it 🙏

Oh dear! The staff was incredibly unpleasant and the food inedible. Avoid at all costs.
